Tanya, who is better known as Life of Tanya Marie or T for short, is 28 and living in Dallas with her husband Anthony and their fur baby Jazzy. She moved to Dallas in 2020 during the pandemic from Chicago for the warm weather, to settle down, and leave city living (she previously lived in SF & Chicago) in search for a new adventure.
Tanya she is extremely complex and is just a girl trying to figure out life one day at a time. She was born in Sacramento, California and is first generation Congolese American. Ever heard of that? It’s totally fine if not. But, her African roots run deep and her culture is a huge part of her identity! She is a biracial queen with a huge personality that is taking the influencer world by storm.

HOW IT ALL STARTED
In April 2020 Tanya lost her corporate America tech sales job in the pandemic and life got complicated. She was forced to go back to the drawing board and figure it out… The big question was, “what does Tanya want for her future?”
Her social media presence is a reflection of just that. She used TikTok as a distraction from all the stress after losing her job and what started as one big joke turned into something much bigger. She started to grow a following on TikTok making comedic lifestyle videos she thought no one would ever see and her passion for making video content took off from there.
Over the last year or so she has created a online community of 910K+ queens that are pursuing a self growth journey just like herself that are dedicated to living a more intentional life. They are all for living a balanced life, practicing a positive mindset, having a good laugh, not taking life too seriously, beauty/fashion/hairtips, and more. What started as just an idea has now grown into something so beautiful. Tanya is just getting started and can’t wait to see what her career as a content creator will be in the future.
